These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the pesogame platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 12.
Full Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pesogame ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the pesogame platform accessible at pesogame.bio. By creating an account or using any pesogame service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the pesogame website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at pesogame.bio.
- "Account" means the individual player account registered in your name and used to access the pesogame Platform.
- "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in your pesogame Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance as separately tracked by the Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you from a personal payment method, excluding any bonus credits.
- "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your Account by pesogame under an active promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount you must wager before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by pesogame under applicable Philippine regulations.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the pesogame Platform is restricted under applicable law or pesogame policy.
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
2.2 Residency and Jurisdictional Eligibility
The pesogame Platform is operated for players located in the Philippines. You represent that you are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted under applicable law in your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services. Residents of jurisdictions where online casino gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register an Account.
2.3 One Account Per Player
Each natural person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) pesogame Account at any given time. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pesogame reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts;
- Void any pending or completed withdrawal requests;
- Forfeit all Bonus Balances held across the duplicate accounts; and
- Recover any winnings derived from bonus funds credited to the duplicate account.
2.4 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending review.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify pesogame support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pesogame will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3 Account Verification (KYC)
3.1 Verification Obligation
pesogame is required by applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. pesogame may also require verification prior to the release of bonus funds or upon the detection of unusual account activity.
3.2 Documents Required
You may be required to provide any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:
- A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your full legal name, photograph, and date of birth (acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority National ID (PhilSys), Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office, UMID card, or Voter's ID);
- Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
- Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g. a screenshot of your registered GCash account or PayMaya account showing your name and mobile number); and
- Such other documentation as pesogame may reasonably require from time to time in accordance with its compliance obligations.
3.3 Processing Timelines
pesogame will endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned to you with a request for the missing information. Withdrawal processing times begin upon successful completion of KYC, not upon submission of the withdrawal request.
3.4 Failure to Verify
If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a formal request from pesogame, your Account may be suspended, any withdrawal request may be placed on hold, and any Bonus Balance in your Account will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be retained pending resolution.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pesogame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside pesogame's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must be fully verified under Section 3 of these Terms;
- Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Balances must be fully satisfied before the associated bonus funds can be withdrawn;
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (the "same source" rule);
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso five hundred (₱500);
- pesogame reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in value or circumstance.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day. Card withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank. These are target timelines and may be extended during high-volume periods or pending compliance review.
4.5 Transaction Currencies
All transactions on the pesogame Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies via international card providers will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer, which is outside pesogame's control.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pesogame are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game categories, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable for sports betting bonuses) are stated in the specific offer. Wagering on games that are excluded from a particular bonus offer will not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement for that bonus.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus Balances and associated free spins that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the time period specified in the applicable offer will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without compensation.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household
Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are limited to one (1) per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same new player bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or alternative payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
5.5 pesogame's Right to Modify Promotions
pesogame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including after a player has commenced participation in that promotion, subject to any rights accrued prior to the modification. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable.
6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 RNG Certification
All casino games offered on the pesogame Platform that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) have been certified by independent testing laboratories to confirm the statistical fairness and integrity of their outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed on each game's information panel within the Platform.
6.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games on the pesogame Platform are operated using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) streamed in real time from dedicated studios. The rules applicable to each live game are those of the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server record at the time of disconnection and is final.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting offered on the pesogame Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. pesogame reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing error has occurred. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice.
6.4 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction of any game or the Platform, pesogame reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. pesogame will endeavour to resolve malfunctions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies without exception.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pesogame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform or any game;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or game vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or sports betting activity;
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or bonus abuse as defined under Section 5.2;
- Laundering money or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any illegal activity;
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pesogame Platform; and
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing pesogame staff, support agents, or other players.
8 Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Suspension by pesogame
pesogame reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- You are suspected of or found to be engaging in any Prohibited Conduct under Section 7;
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Your Account is subject to a dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation;
- pesogame is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order; or
- A self-exclusion request has been activated on your Account under Section 9.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pesogame support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances are not redeemable upon voluntary account closure unless the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Balances shall be immediately forfeited. Real Money Balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis having regard to the nature of the breach. pesogame's decision in respect of Real Money Balance treatment upon termination for breach is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 12.
9 Responsible Gaming
9.1 Responsible Gaming Tools
pesogame provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in Philippine Peso. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
- Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when your active gaming session reaches a duration you have pre-set;
- Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your access to gaming activities for a specified period of 1 to 30 days;
- Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the pesogame Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
9.2 21+ Age Policy
pesogame enforces a strict 21-years-and-above age policy in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is performed as part of the KYC process. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the pesogame Platform, please notify support immediately.
9.3 External Support
If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties related to gambling, we encourage you to seek support. PAGCOR operates responsible gaming resources for Philippine players. pesogame support can also provide referral information to local counselling services upon request. Contact pesogame support via the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the pesogame Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "pesogame", logos, trade marks, game graphics, interface design, text, images, software, and audio, is owned by or licensed to pesogame and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pesogame Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pesogame's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
11 Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Availability
pesogame endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pesogame will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 Gaming Outcomes
pesogame does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game, bet, or wager placed on the Platform. Gambling involves financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance. All wagers are placed at your sole risk.
11.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pesogame's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the Real Money Balance in your Account at the time the claim arises; or (ii) Philippine Peso five thousand (₱5,000).
11.4 Force Majeure
pesogame shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network failures, telecommunications outages, or other force majeure events.
12 Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the pesogame Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute between you and pesogame, you should first contact pesogame's customer support team using the contact details in Section 15. pesogame will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to pesogame's compliance team for further review.
12.3 Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved through pesogame's internal complaint process, both parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
13 Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by pesogame in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pesogame collects only such personal data as is necessary for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming, and compliance with applicable Philippine law. pesogame does not sell your personal data to third parties. 14 Amendments to These Terms
pesogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pesogame will provide notice via email to the address registered to your Account and/or through a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the pesogame Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.2. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page.
