1Scope and Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by pesogame in connection with the operation of the pesogame platform, including data collected through the pesogame website (pesogame.bio), the mobile web application, customer support interactions, and any other service offered under the pesogame brand.

This Policy applies to all individuals who: (a) register a pesogame account; (b) visit the pesogame website without registering; (c) contact pesogame customer support; or (d) participate in any pesogame promotion or survey. Where this Policy refers to "players", it includes all of the above categories of individuals unless the context requires otherwise.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services linked from or integrated into the pesogame platform. pesogame is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and we encourage players to review the privacy policies of any third-party service they use in connection with their pesogame account, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and other payment providers.

2Data Controller Information

For the purposes of Philippine data privacy law and applicable regulations, pesogame is the Data Controller in respect of all personal data collected and processed in connection with the pesogame platform.

Players may direct all data privacy enquiries, access requests, correction requests, and deletion requests to the contact details provided above. pesogame will acknowledge all data privacy communications within five (5) business days and aim to resolve requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of all required information.

pesogame does not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal data (such as health information, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data) except where strictly required for identity verification purposes and only to the minimum extent necessary.

4How We Collect Your Data

4.1 Directly from You

Most personal data held by pesogame is provided directly by you during the course of your interaction with the platform, including during: account registration; completion of the KYC identity verification process; deposit and withdrawal transactions; customer support communications; and participation in pesogame promotions or surveys.

4.2 Automatically Through Platform Use

When you visit or use the pesogame platform, certain Technical Data and Behavioural Data is collected automatically through server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies. 5Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules, pesogame processes personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to fulfil our obligations to you under the pesogame Terms & Conditions, including account management, payment processing, and game delivery;
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law, including PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act;
• Legitimate interests — processing necessary for pesogame's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and internal analytics, provided such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights; and
• Consent — processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where we have obtained your prior, informed, and freely given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting pesogame support.

6How We Use Your Data

pesogame uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

1. Account management — creating, operating, and maintaining your pesogame account, including authentication and security;
2. Identity and age verification — confirming that you are who you say you are and that you are aged 21 or above in compliance with PAGCOR requirements;
3. Payment processing — facilitating deposits and withdrawals via your chosen payment method, and maintaining accurate transaction records;
4. Game delivery — providing access to the games, sports betting markets, and other entertainment services available on the pesogame platform;

8. Fraud prevention and security — detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorised account access, and abuse of the pesogame platform;
9. Platform improvement — analysing aggregate usage data to improve platform design, game curation, and the overall player experience; and
10. Marketing communications — where you have provided consent, sending you information about new games, promotions, and offers relevant to your interests as a pesogame player. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7Data Sharing and Disclosure

7.1 Service Providers

pesogame engages third-party service providers to assist in delivering our services. These providers may process personal data on pesogame's behalf as data processors under written data processing agreements that bind them to handle personal data only as directed by pesogame and in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law. Categories of service providers include: payment processing providers, identity verification services, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, customer support platform providers, and fraud detection and AML screening services.

7.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure

pesogame may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine government authorities where required to do so by law, court order, or binding regulatory directive.

7.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or restructuring involving pesogame, personal data held by pesogame may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to the acquiring entity assuming equivalent data protection obligations. Players will be notified of any such transfer that materially affects this Privacy Policy.

8International Data Transfers

Where pesogame transfers personal data outside the Republic of the Philippines — for example, to cloud hosting infrastructure operated from servers outside the Philippines — pesogame will ensure that such transfers are made only to countries or recipients that provide an adequate level of data protection, or that appropriate safeguards are in place, in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.

Safeguards may include contractual data transfer agreements, data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses, or transfers to entities certified under an applicable cross-border privacy framework. 9Data Retention

pesogame retains personal data for only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

Where personal data is no longer required for any retention purpose, pesogame will delete or permanently anonymise it in a secure manner. Anonymised data that cannot be re-linked to an identifiable individual may be retained for statistical and research purposes indefinitely.

13Children and Minors

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has registered a pesogame account or provided personal data to the pesogame platform without your consent, please contact pesogame support immediately using the contact details in Section 15. We will investigate promptly and take immediate remedial action.

14Changes to This Policy

pesogame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or pesogame's data processing practices. The current effective date of this Policy is displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

Where a material change is made to this Privacy Policy — that is, a change that meaningfully affects how we collect, use, or share your personal data — pesogame will provide advance notice via email to the address registered to your account and/or through a prominent notification on the pesogame platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the pesogame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
